Michelle is 26 and is currently living in Flagstaff, Arizona. She is unemployed (after being laid-off twice in 2009!) and is going to school part-time for photography and art. She and her husband, Matt (she calls him Matteo) met and began dating in early December 2009. Within a few weeks, they expressed wanting to be together forever and discussed getting married after Matt graduated from school. But then one morning, Matt randomly asked her if she wanted to get married that day and in surprising many, including herself, she said yes. So, with their two witnesses and their parents present, they were married in the Flagstaff Justice of Peace on February 5, 2009. They are still planning on having their official religious ceremony in the Fall of 2011 with the rest of their family members.

Michelle is excited to share her journey up the wedding planning ladder by sticking to a budget yet still having an elegant second ceremony. Anything she finds out along the way, she will definitely be sharing here.
